Avariiautoremont is a BCA Autoekspert OÜ brand and a full-service body and paint shop in Telliskivi. Since 2002, we have handled the whole post-accident journey: towing, paperwork, insurance, parts, a courtesy car and repairs. We speak English, Estonian and Russian.

Frequently asked questions
Can I choose where my car is repaired under an insurance claim?
Yes. Under the code of good practice of the Estonian Motor Insurance Bureau (LKF), the injured party has the right to choose a repair shop of their liking. The insurer may recommend its own partner, but the decision is yours. We prepare the estimate and get it approved by the insurer.
What should I bring to the workshop?
The car (if it can be driven), the vehicle registration certificate, your driving licence, the completed accident report form (teade liiklusõnnetusest), if you have one, and any other documents related to the incident. If anything is missing, we help you on site.
How long does the claims process take?
The estimate is ready in ~2 working days, the repair authorization letter (garantiikiri) from the insurer takes 1–2 weeks, and parts up to a week. From inspection to the start of the repair takes 3–4 weeks on average; the repair itself 1–5 working days.
Do I get a courtesy car during the repair?
Yes, we offer a courtesy car (asendusauto) for the duration of the repair. For a third-party motor liability claim it is usually covered by the at-fault party’s insurer; for a comprehensive (kasko) claim it depends on your policy – we check this for you.
Does insurance cover the towing?
For a motor liability claim, towing of the injured party’s car is reimbursed; comprehensive (kasko) policies usually include roadside assistance. We bring the car to our workshop and add the towing to the claim.
