A tow truck that takes your car straight to the repair shop
Unlike a standard towing service, we do not just leave your car sitting in a car park. We tow the vehicle to our body and paint shop at Telliskivi 57D, where it waits in a secure closed car park while we sort out the insurance claim and start the repair. That means no double transport and no extra cost.
We assist passenger cars, SUVs, vans and vehicles needing special handling, both after a road accident and in case of a technical breakdown. We operate around the clock, including weekends and public holidays.
Does insurance pay for the towing?
Usually yes. For a motor third-party liability claim, the at-fault party’s insurer reimburses towing of the injured party’s vehicle. Comprehensive (kasko) insurance normally includes roadside assistance and towing. We file the towing as part of the insurance claim, so you do not have to claim it back yourself.
If there is no insurance or the incident is not an insured event, we agree the price before setting off – no surprises.
What to do after an accident before the tow truck arrives
A short checklist that will save you weeks in the claims process later:
- Switch on the hazard lights and put out the warning triangle; if anyone is injured, call 112.
- Photograph the scene, the position of the cars, number plates and the damage.
- Fill in the accident report form (teade liiklusõnnetusest) together with the other driver (paper form or online at avarii.lkf.ee). If there is a dispute, call the police.
